Extradition Hub is the world’s first dedicated database of Extradition and European Arrest Warrant case law, built for lawyers, judges, academics and institutions working in international criminal cooperation.
The project was founded and is directed by Guido Stampanoni Bassi, an Italian criminal defence lawyer based in Milan – founder of the italian legal journal “Giurisprudenza Penale” – who regularly advises and acts in extradition and EAW proceedings.
The project is also a growing network of practitioners with specific experience in extradition and surrender proceedings across jurisdictions.
